And here the subfloor is down and the cottage is once again closed up. No more worries of finding deer prancing around inside for Yiani.

The Yianilos Cottage-Part 2
At this stage, we are finally ready to put a subfloor back down on the joists. Although I forgot to take pictures of it, We also demo-ed out the wall around the bathroom because we are increasing the square footage. The bathroom was pretty much a closet before.
Once the wall was gone, we plunge cut the rest of the rotten floor out with a worm drive circular saw.
